Let's Review! : KAO Megrhythm Steam Eye Mask

Konnichiwa! I'm back again with my review! These days I feel so tired because the lack of sleep (actually i'm insomnia). My eyes really hurt and feel tired, so when I saw this product on supermarket, I just try to buy it.

Actually I never know this product before, I just saw on supermarket and see the picture so i think maybe this is an eye mask that having aromatherapy inside the mask. And, because this product is writing in japanese language so I also don't know the use of this product.

After I bought this, I just searching this product on Internet with the keyword KAO eye mask and.. I just knew the actual product name is KAO Megrhythm Steam Eye Mask. Seriously, a steam? I need to steam this eye mask again?

When I searching and read the use of this product on website KAO (Fortunately, the website is in english language so I understand), this product could produce heat on the eye mask to warm-up your eyes on 40̊ C for 10 minutes.

So, this product is no need for us to steamed it or making it hot. Just opened the pouch and put the mask in your eyes and it will gradually produce the heat. Easy, right?  But, how?

Wait, for first I will show the product first. This product have a 5 types, unscented, and the scented is lavender, chamomile, yuzu, and fresh rose.



 So, I bought a lavender-sage aroma, and when you opened the pouch, the mask will gradually heated.

tada~ but, why I feel like this product remind me for a product that i always used one time for a month? :D

First, you need to take out the mask from pouch and tear in the middle (perforated line) and placed your eyes on white side. Put the ear strap just like using a mask.

And relax your eyes for 10 minutes or.. until the heat of this mask is finished. For me, the heat of this mask already finished on 20 minutes. The aroma of lavender is so relaxing and I feel sleepy after I using this product.
*This product is disposable.

Okay, so why this product could be heated after opened this product? The answer is, the magic of Iron powder!

This Steam Eye Mask containing iron powder and moisture that once the pack is opened, the heat-generating pad comes into contact with oxygen in the air; oxiding the iron powder and produces heat. Steam is produced when the moisture is being evaporated by the heat (source : KAO ) 
No wonder they said that japanese product is really unique. thumbs up :)
Because i kinda curious what's inside of the mask, so i do a little 'surgery' with this mask (lol)

 So, the conclusion about this product is, this eye mask really great and very recommended for you who is having a tired eyes after working / study, after eyecare , or can't sleep because reminisced the moment with your ex   of stressed, this really help you to relax your eyes and your mind.
You could use this eye mask when you are on working (don't blame me if you get caught red-handed for sleeping at office :D) or travelling. I also take it for my vacation. Because is easy to take, disposable, and also convenient to use anywhere, anytime! (okay, that words I take it from the website, but the slogan it's true!)

The price? For 1 box=14 pcs approximately US $13.00 - $ 14.99. You can found this eye mask on online shop in Amazon, or drugstore like guardians, watson, etc.

For Indonesia, especially in Medan city, you can found this on Brastagi Supermarket Tiara. The price for 1 pcs is Rp. 13.000 - Rp 14.000 (sorry i forgot the exact price). Or you can found this at online shop, but it's quite expensive. I don't know if another city in Indonesia on supermarket also having this product. [UPDATE] Hi! I'm back again with this Clinique product! Now I got again this product with a sample size and I really surprised about my past statement that I reviewed before.  I really surprised for how different than the last one. First, the color packaging product, this one the color is a beige pink color than the last reviewed product, pink. And the second is how creamy and easily absorb cream that makes me change my past statement and regreted it to said about how bad this product.  this cream is easily absorb! When I applied it, the texture of the cream is really "rich" and for the surprise, the cream is easily absorb to your skin.
